University of Essex offers MSc International Hospitality Management as a 2-year postgraduate Masters Degree (Taught) programme in Food And Hospitality. Based in Colchester, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.
Tuition is £21,700 per year. English-language entry requires IELTS 6 overall or TOEFL iBT 82. Intakes run across 2 windows (Autumn (October), 2026 and Spring (January), 2027).

Entry requirements
A 2.2 degree or international equivalent in one of the following subjects: Business Management; Catering / culinary management; Destination management; Event production; Events Management; Hospitality Management; Hotel Management; Tourism Management; Travel and Tourism Management. A degree in any area will be considered where applicants have at least 1 year professional or voluntary experience in Hospitality. Please include a personal statement which outlines your desire to study hospitality.
