Bournemouth University offers BA (Hons) International Hospitality and Tourism Management (Top-up) as a 1-year undergraduate Bachelor Degree with Honours programme in Food And Hospitality. We also accept a Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship in a relevant subject area.
