About this course
Abertay University offers MSc Food Quality, Safety and Innovation as a 1-year postgraduate Masters Degree (Taught) programme in Food And Hospitality. Based in Dundee, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.

Entry requirements
Applicants should have a minimum of a lower second-class (2:2) honours degree in a subject related to biological sciences, chemical sciences, environmental sciences, food sciences, agricultural or biological science. Applicants with non-standard qualifications will be considered on an individual basis, determined by prior study, work experience, professional qualifications, and references.
