About this course
Abertay University offers MSc Food Quality and Safety with Industrial Practise as a 1-year postgraduate Masters Degree (Taught) programme in Food And Hospitality. Based in Dundee, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.
Tuition is £18,950 per year. Intakes run across 4 windows (Term 2 (January), 2027 and Term 1 (September), 2026…).

Entry requirements
Applicants should have a minimum of a lower second-class (2:2) honours degree in a subject related to biological sciences, chemical sciences, environmental sciences, food sciences, agricultural and biological science. Applicants with non-standard qualifications will be considered on an individual basis, determined by prior study, work experience, professional qualifications, and references.
