About this course
University of Southampton offers MSc Artificial Intelligence as a 1-year postgraduate Masters Degree (Taught) programme in Artificial Intelligence. Based in Southampton, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.

You will need an upper 2:1 degree (with a mark of 65% or above) in one of the following subjects:
- Computer science
- Computer engineering
- Software engineering
- Artificial intelligence
- Maths with computing
- Information technology
- One linear algebra or other advanced maths module, such as: advanced maths, discrete maths, logic and reasoning, or calculus
- One advanced programming module (C, C++, C#, Java)
- One module in Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Algorithms, or Machine Learning
