About this course
University of Sussex offers MPhil Journalism Studies as a 3-year postgraduate Masters Degree (Research) programme in Journalism. Based in Brighton, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.

Entry requirements
You’re normally expected to have a Merit (an average of 60percentage overall) in a Masters degree and an upper second-class (2.1) undergraduate honours degree. Subject-specific requirements – Your qualification should normally be in a subject relevant to your chosen area of research. You may also be considered for the degree if you have other professional qualifications or experience of equivalent standing.
