Applicants who do not meet the standard requirements but have a strong relevant background are encouraged to apply, as the department may consider them on a case-by-case basis. Students wishing to go on to apply for an applied psychology course after the programme, will require eligibility for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) with the British Psychological Society (BPS).
