About this course
University of Sunderland offers MA Social Work as a 2-year postgraduate Masters Degree (Taught) programme in Social Work. Based in Sunderland, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.

Entry requirements
We require applicants to hold a minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree or equivalent. You also need Grade C or above in GCSE mathematics and English language, or equivalent qualifications. If you've studied for a GCSE which has a numerical grade, you'll need to achieve a grade 4 or above. Our typical offer is 57% - 60% from a recognised university, a 3 year (4 year for Engineering) graduation degree from an AICTE / UGC recognised University.
