About this course
University of Liverpool offers MA Applied Linguistics and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages as a 1-year postgraduate Masters Degree (Taught) programme in Teaching. Based in Liverpool, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.

Entry requirements
Other degree subjects may be considered on an individual basis.
We accept a 2:2 honours degree from a UK university, or an equivalent academic qualification from a similar non-UK institution. This degree should be in English, Linguistics or Education, as well as at least 12 months of professional teaching experience.
