University of Lancashire offers MSc Facilities Management as a 1-year postgraduate Masters Degree (Taught) programme in Management and Commerce. Based in Preston, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.

Entry requirements
Students need 2:2 Hons Degree in Engineering or Construction discipline that demonstrates awareness of construction processes and procedures. Degrees from non cognate subjects will be required to complete a bridging module to meet CIOB requirements.
