About this course
University of Kent offers PhD Poetry - Text as a 3-year doctoral Ph.D. programme in Biological Sciences. Based in Canterbury, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.
Tuition is £19,300 per year. English-language entry requires IELTS 6 overall or TOEFL iBT 80. Intakes run across 4 windows (Summer (April), 2026 and Spring (January), 2027…).

Entry requirements
A first or upper-second class honours degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent) and, normally, a taught MA qualification.
