About this course
University of Kent offers MSc Computer Science as a 1-year postgraduate Masters Degree (Taught) programme in Computer Science. Based in Canterbury, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.
Tuition is £23,500 per year. English-language entry requires IELTS 6 overall or TOEFL iBT 80. Intakes run across 2 windows (Autumn 1 (October), 2026 and Spring (January), 2027).

Entry requirements
A first or second class honours degree or equivalent in any subject. You should also have mathematical skills equivalent to a grade C or above in GCSE Mathematics. All applicants are considered on an individual basis and additional qualifications, professional qualifications and relevant experience may also be taken into account when considering applications.
