About this course
University of Greater Manchester offers MSc Counselling and Positive Psychology as a 1.5-year postgraduate Masters Degree (Taught) programme in Counselling. Based in Bolton, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.

Entry requirements
You should usually have an upper second class (2.1) (or equivalent) honours degree (or higher) in psychology, counselling or a relevant professional area. Degrees in helping professions such as mental health, physiotherapy, nursing, teaching, social work, care sectors, or similar will be considered. If you have a lower second class (2:2) honours degree in one of the areas listed above, then you may be accepted onto the programme.
