About this course
University of Derby offers MSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography (Pre-Registration) as a 2-year postgraduate Masters Degree (Taught) programme in Radiography. Based in Derby, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.
Tuition is £17,500 per year. English-language entry requires IELTS 7 overall or TOEFL iBT 100. The next intake is Autumn (September), 2026.

Entry requirements
Applicants are required to hold a science or healthcare-related degree at a minimum of 2:1. If the degree was awarded more than five years ago, evidence of recent successful study at level 6 or above within the past two years is normally required. Additionally, applicants must have five GCSE passes at grade C or above, including Mathematics and English Language. If the first degree is not in a pure science (biology, chemistry, or physics), or if a pure science A level at grade B or above has not been achieved, then at least one pure science GCSE at grade C or above is required.
