About this course
University of Cumbria offers BSc (Hons) Learning Disabilities Nursing as a 3-year undergraduate Bachelor Degree with Honours programme in Nursing and midwifery. Based in Lancaster, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.
Tuition is £16,900 per year. English-language entry requires IELTS 7 overall or TOEFL iBT 95. The next intake is Autumn (September), 2026.

Access to HE: 15 Credits at Distinction & 30 at Merit
T-levels: P (C+ in the Core) – M P (C+) – M. All subjects accepted, however we recommend T level Healthcare Science or Health for entry to this course
A-levels: BCC-BBC
GCSEs: GCSE English Language and Maths at C or 4 or above
GCSE English Language and mathematics at grade 4 or C or above. Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths and Adult Literacy and Numeracy are also accepted.
