Entry requirements
Applicants are typically required to have three A levels, with a standard offer of AAB, including at least one science subject such as Chemistry, Biology, Human Biology, Physics, Psychology, Maths, Further Maths, or Statistics. Those without a science subject are expected to achieve AAA. The International Baccalaureate (IB) requirement is 6,6,6 to 6,6,5 at Higher Level with a minimum of 32 points overall. BTEC Extended Diploma, Diploma, and Extended Certificate qualifications are accepted on a case-by-case basis. General Studies, Critical Studies, Critical Thinking, Science in Society, World Development, Communication and Culture, Citizenship Studies, and Use of Mathematics are not accepted. Applicants who take the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) and meet the offer criteria may receive an alternative offer, one grade lower plus a grade A in the EPQ.
