About this course
Teesside University offers MSc Bioprocessing and Biotherapeutics as a 16-month postgraduate Masters Degree (Taught) programme in Physical Sciences. Based in Middlesbrough, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.
Tuition is £17,000 per year. English-language entry requires IELTS 7 overall or TOEFL iBT 60. Intakes run across 2 windows (Semester 2 (January), 2027 and Semester 1 (September), 2026).

Entry requirements
At least a UK 2.2 honours degree (or equivalent) in a subject related to science, engineering or technology. If your first degree is not in one of the subject areas, please check with our admissions team if it is acceptable.
