About this course
Teesside University offers MSc Instrumentation and Control Engineering (with Advanced Practice) as a 2-year postgraduate Masters Degree (Taught) programme in Engineering. Based in Middlesbrough, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.
Tuition is £10,000 per year. English-language entry requires IELTS 6 overall or TOEFL iBT 60. Intakes run across 2 windows (Semester 2 (January), 2027 and Semester 1 (September), 2026).

You must have a second class (2.2) honours degree (or higher). We consider a wide range of first degree subjects including automation and control engineering, electrical and electronic engineering, electrical engineering, electrical systems, electronic engineering, electronic systems, instrumentation/control engineering, mechatronics, and robotics.
