About this course
Queen's University Belfast offers PGCE Education (Religious Education) as a 1-year postgraduate Graduate Certificate programme in Philosophy and Religious Studies. Entry requirements
All applicants must possess the following: At least a 2:2 Honours degree (and/or higher degree) or equivalent qualification acceptable to the University, in: Theology or Religious Studies; or a joint honours with Theology or Religious Studies where at least half of the content of the degree is deemed relevant to the teaching of Religious Education (RE) in the context of Northern Ireland; or a cognate area of Theology or Religious Studies where at least half of the content of the degree is deemed relevant to the teaching of RE in the context of Northern Ireland; At the time of application, GCSE Mathematics grade C/4, and GCSE English Language grade C/4 or equivalent qualification.
