About this course
Queen's University Belfast offers MEng (Hons) Aerospace Engineering (Sandwich) as a 5-year undergraduate Bachelor Degree programme in Aerospace Engineering. Based in Belfast, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.
Tuition is £26,600 per year. English-language entry requires IELTS 6 overall or TOEFL iBT 80. The next intake is Semester 1 (September), 2026.

Entry requirements
A Level: AAA including Mathematics and at least one from Physics (preferred), Biology, Chemistry, Further Mathematics or Technology and Design. A maximum of one BTEC/OCR Single Award or AQA Extended Certificate will be accepted as part of an applicant's portfolio of qualifications with a Distinction* being equated to a grade A at A-level; Graduate: A minimum of a 2:2 Honours Degree, provided any subject requirement is also met; Applicants should apply for the BEng Aerospace Engineering degree; All applicants must have GCSE English Language grade C/4 or an equivalent qualification acceptable to the University. Applicants not offering Physics at A-level should have a minimum of a grade B/6 in GCSE Physics or GCSE Double Award Science grades BB/66.
