About this course
Nottingham Trent University offers LLM Master of Laws as a 1-year postgraduate Masters Degree (Taught) programme in Law. Based in Nottingham, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.
Tuition is £18,300 per year. English-language entry requires IELTS 6.5 overall or TOEFL iBT 81. The next intake is Term 1 (September), 2026.

Entry requirements
A good law degree, 2.2 or above. Applicants whose first degree is not Law will be required to provide evidence of commitment to the LLM subject that they wish to study. Applicants from other disciplines will be welcomed in appropriate circumstances, particularly if they have experience in the area, even if not as lawyers.
