About this course
Newcastle University offers MPhil Rural Studies as a 1-year postgraduate Masters Degree (Research) programme in Curriculum and Education Studies. Based in Newcastle upon Tyne, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.
Tuition is £31,900 per year. English-language entry requires IELTS 6.5 overall or TOEFL iBT 90. Intakes run across 6 windows (Spring (January), 2027 and Summer (April), 2027…).
Scholarships are available to international applicants. The programme includes an industry internship element.
