About this course
Manchester Metropolitan University offers MSc Adult Nursing (Pre-registration) as a 2-year postgraduate Masters Degree (Taught) programme in Nursing and midwifery. Entry requirements
All applicants must have achieved a minimum of a first degree (2:2 or above), provide evidence of IT skills and have a minimum of five GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, including mathematics, English language and science. One equivalent qualification, such as Level 2 functional skills mathematics, BTEC Level 2 science, or Manchester Met’s mathematics/science equivalency test, may be accepted. Applicants must evidence recent study within the last five years. Plus, evidence of relevant, practical experience through the pre-entry portfolio prior to admission. Pre-Entry Portfolio : Applications should be made prior to the completion of the portfolio. Successful applicants must evidence a minimum of 500 hours of practice-related experiential learning and a minimum of 500 hours of independent theoretical learning from the first degree or science related workbooks following interview and prior to joining the course.
