About this course
Leeds Beckett University offers MA Landscape Architecture as a 1-year postgraduate Masters Degree (Taught) programme in Landscape design and architecture. Based in Leeds, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.
Tuition is £18,440 per year. English-language entry requires IELTS 6.5 overall or TOEFL iBT 60. Intakes run across 2 windows (Semester 1 (September), 2026 and Semester 2 (January), 2027).
Scholarships are available to international applicants. The programme includes an industry internship element.

Entry requirements
Applicants should either have at least a second class honours degree supported by evidence of an aptitude for the subject applied for, or have equivalent experience or training, normally from within the work environment.All applicants will be required to submit a portfolio of creative work related to the course for consideration as part of the application process. Applicants who have completed the BA (Hons) Landscape Architecture degree at Leeds Beckett in the last five years will not be required to submit a portfolio.Applicants who have completed our Postgraduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture will be considered for advanced entry and will only need to complete a further 60 level 7 credit points.
