About this course
Abertay University offers Professional Masters in Games Development (MProf) as a 1-year postgraduate Masters Degree (Taught) programme in Game Development. Based in Dundee, the programme is delivered by the university's specialist faculty and welcomes international applicants from across Africa and beyond.
Tuition is £19,950 per year. Intakes run across 2 windows (Term 1 (September), 2026 and Term 1 (September), 2027).

Entry requirements
Applicants must have a minimum of upper second class (2:1) honours degree in Art, Code, Design, Game Production or Audio. We will also consider applicants with a lower second class (2:2) in these subjects, if there is sufficient evidence of ability demonstrated in the Portfolio of Evidence supporting their application. All applicants must submit a personal statement that includes a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) for review as part of their application.
